Window coverings as an upgrade?

The new Release of  townhouses in Rockland is coming soon. One more step with the city of Rockland and we will be able to release the second phase of these beautiful homes.

The builder’s standard home is very nicely appointed so even if you buy the standard home with no upgrades, the house shows very well. Your friends and family will be very impressed. There are however a lot of upgrades you can do. From the kitchen, to the various bathrooms, to the different layouts on the second level, to the to the finished basement you can really make it your own.

There are a few upgrades that I always recommend to my clients, such as painting the entire house for approximately $300 that only make sense to select when you purchase the new home. These are small items but once you have them selected, they are part of your mortgage and you won’t see the difference in your weekly, bi-weekly or monthly mortgage payment.

One of the challenges when buying a new home is to get all your furnishings set up, your decorations and all of the accessories to make it your own personal space. One of the many overlooked items are the window coverings.

Would you be interested in being able to select all of your window coverings and have them included in your mortgage? You would get to select the options you want and have them already installed (this is when the guys go “YEAH! no blinds to install!!”) when you move in to your beautiful new home.
